FAQS

WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

I provide mobile services so can come to you. All I need is a secure room and ideally a mat, rug or carpet so that I can work with animals on a non-slip surface.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

Before we start, I will ensure veterinary consent is in place and gather relevant history. All I need in the home is a secure place to work, ideally a quiet place with non-slip flooring.

The first session will predominantly be assessment with full treatment sessions to follow. First sessions are normally approximately 1.5 hours, and follow up sessions 45 minutes-1 hour.

CAN I PAY THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?

DO YOU HELP TREAT TERMINAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS?

I am happy to produce invoices for insurance companies, but I do ask for payment in advance. This means that insurance companies reimburse you for services provided. It is possible to purchase an initial session, then when an appropriate treatment plan is decided, I can produce an invoice for a package which can be passed on to insurance companies. Packages can be found on 'Plans and Pricing'.

Yes - physiotherapy is always adapted to each animal, their condition and your needs.
