Where do the sessions take place?

We provide mobile services so we come to you. All we need is a secure room and ideally a mat, rug or carpet so that I can work with animals on a non-slip surface.

How should I prepare for the first treatment?

Before we start, we ensure veterinary consent is in place and gather veterinary history.

When it comes to the appointment, we need caregivers present and a non-slip area.

The first session will predominantly be assessment with full treatment sessions to follow. First sessions are normally approximately 1.5 hours, and follow up sessions 45 minutes-1 hour.

Can I pay through my insurance company?

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illnesses?

I ask for payment in advance, and insurance companies reimburse you for services provided.
